Our founder and director Rajeev Sharma, who believes in practical education, has been associated with Civil Services related examinations for a long time in the education sector since its inception. He has gained maximum experience related to the preparation of these exams. Before starting this institution, he himself passed Combined Defense Services Examination 2014 after which he has successfully guided the students preparing for Civil Services examinations for 7 years continuously. In the year 2016, He started his own institute by withdrawing his responsibility from other institutions and in the last 2 years, established the institute which gave the best results in Civil Services examination in Bhopal city. He is taking forward this work by giving priority to more and more research and experimentation in the field of education.
